Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the Agricoat website and to orders placed for Agricoat Restore products.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Agricoat Restore, submit enquiries and place orders. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, pack sizes, coverage guidance, pricing and application information accurately. Coverage figures are approximate and may vary according to equipment size, surface condition, preparation and application.

Orders

An order is submitted when you complete the checkout process. Agricoat may contact you if information is incomplete, pricing is incorrect, stock is unavailable, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. An order is only processed once payment has been confirmed where payment is required in advance.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are displayed in South African rand. Where both VAT-inclusive and VAT-exclusive amounts are shown, the checkout total will indicate the amount payable. We may correct obvious pricing or calculation errors before accepting or processing an order.

Product use and safety

Agricoat Restore must be used according to the supplied application and safety instructions. A spray gun and suitable protective equipment are required and are not included unless specifically stated. Customers are responsible for checking that the product is suitable for the intended surface and for following the complete four-step process.

Results and limitations

Product results can vary according to the original surface condition, preparation, application method, exposure and maintenance. Statements about expected longevity or coverage are guidance, not a guarantee of an identical result in every application.

Intellectual property

The Agricoat name, website content, graphics, product information and branding may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law. To the extent permitted by law, Agricoat is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse of the product, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website applies from the date it is posted.
