Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Agricoat Restore orders are processed, dispatched and delivered within South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. We aim to prepare paid orders for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible during normal business days. Orders placed after hours, over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery areas and charges

Agricoat Restore packs include delivery to addresses within South Africa unless otherwise stated during checkout or in a written quotation. Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer than standard delivery times.

Estimated delivery time

Our target delivery time is approximately 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, remote delivery areas or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number and recipient details are complete and correct before submitting your order. Agricoat cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

Tracking and delivery

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch. Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. If a courier cannot complete delivery, additional delivery attempts or charges may apply.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Please inspect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, items are missing, or you believe the incorrect products were delivered, contact Agricoat promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where relevant.

Collection

Collection may be available in Pretoria. Please select collection at checkout where offered and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to collect it.
